The TCS series completes the TC series, inheriting all its flexibility. Their extremely small size allows this series of machines to be easily adapted to the most widely varying lay-out requirements.
The TCS series is the PRASMATIC range of packaging machines mainly intended for the dairy and beverage industries, where the need for outstanding reliability combines with the demand for a wide variety of pack types and compliance with high quality and hygiene standards.
Extreme compactness, flexibility, accessibility and visibility of the processing cycle, combined with very short size change times and ease of operation, allow this machine to provide an essential solution to the many and varied demands for corrugated cardboard and shrink-wrap packaging.
Apart from the considerable use of electronics, with the introduction of electric axes, the model’s most important innovation compared to conventional wrap-around machines is the large in-line carton store, in which the cartons are loaded vertically ®.
This solution greatly simplifies fill-up operations, as well as allowing a very high storage capacity in relation to the speed of use.
The new styling and ergonomic design of the TCS series derive from PRASMATIC’s many years of experience, allowing the creation of a series of machines which are extremely user-friendly while also assuring minimal maintenance costs thanks to a supporting structure which has been laser-cut throughout. Large sliding panels allow a total view of the moving mechanical parts.
TCS series machines can be completed with film module and shrink tunnel to transform them into TCS Combi series units.
