The “U-cover” packaging system consists of a tray which contains the product and a U-shaped cardboard pad to protect its top.
The " U-cover" can be applied either along or across the product feed direction.
The advantage of this system is that it guarantees protection of the product while allowing it to be quickly, easily displayed on shelves by just removing the U-pad, much simpler than cutting or tearing the cardboard. This pack is also extremely recycling-friendly, since it is made from cardboard only.
